At the Vlček Family Foundation, she initially spent two years working on the program team, where she focused on grant processes and supporting projects in the field of pediatric and perinatal palliative care. Today, she is responsible for coordinating the EPEC Pediatrics Czech Republic educational program and contributes to the development of pediatric palliative care education throughout the Czech Republic. The topic of supportive care for seriously ill children and their families is close to her heart, both professionally and personally.
She studied occupational therapy at the First Faculty of Medicine, Charles University, and Management and Supervision in Social and Healthcare Organizations at the Faculty of Humanities, Charles University. She gained professional experience in the nonprofit sector as well as in the areas of diversity and the employment of disadvantaged groups.
